Adding a gazebo, covered parking, and flower gardens. The actual building was built in the 1930s and lived in by a family for years. The property was intended to be turned into bed and breakfast from the start, but the builder passed away, so the family just kept it as their residence. They passed notes from house to house in a can, and the mother sent lunch out to the children in the yard on a pully. The family made lots of memory on the property, and when it was turned into a bed and breakfast they were thrilled with the turnout.
