Invited Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in a Swiss-inspired town know as Midway, Utah. The building itself is styled after Swiss architecture that aids in preserving the history of the town. The building was built in 1986, is currently owned by Bill and Susie, and is run as a bed and breakfast. The inn is exclusively for anyone who is over the age of 18. Additionally, it should be noted that the property is not ADA compliant. The establishment is open year-round and is generally busy all year except for the months of November and April when business tends to slow down. The property is located near many outdoor activities, including many hiking trails, water activities on Deer Creek Reservoir, and biking trails. The owners say that one of the biggest draws to their inn is the Wasatch Mountain State Park and the romantic atmosphere that they try to provide.

Time After Time Bed and Breakfast is located in Victor, Montana. The property is in a wooded area with many hiking trails and its own private pond. Guests are able to fish in the pond, as well as in the nearby creeks. The property has two buildings spread across the ten-acre plot of land, with a total of three rooms in the main building, as well as a cabin that is offered to the public for those who want a more private stay. The bed and breakfast is just four blocks from the highway and is in the middle of the county.

The Davie School Inn is located in Anna, Illinois, which is a city near the eastern side of Shawnee National Forest. The business is open year-round and offers 11 units for guests to reserve. Notably, all of the guestrooms are located inside what used to be the classrooms of a schoolhouse for the town. In 1910, one of the buildings on the premises was constructed and used to teach K-5 elementary. Moreover, the second building was finished in 1953, with the addition of a gymnasium and three more classrooms to the school. In 1998, the building closed, and the school children attended a different school that was built that same year. A few years later, it reopened as a bed and breakfast in 2004 and has been operating as such ever since.  Currently, the gymnasium is occasionally used for events and can host concerts as well. Breakfast is provided to everyone that stays at the inn.

Bourbon Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in Bardstown, Kentucky, which is known as the "Bourbon Capital of the World" for its history of Bourbon distilling, which is America's only native spirit. In relation to the town's cocktail reputation, each of the bed and breakfast's ten guest rooms is named after a Bourbon cocktail. Amenities include free internet access, flat-screen TVs with extended cable and free movies, jetted tubs, fireplaces, a spa, a Fitness Room, and an on-site Bourbon Bar with a full-service liquor license.. Visitors commonly visit Bardstown to experience the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, one of several ways to experience Bourbon culture. Bourbon Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn is owned by Todd Allen and Tyler Horton, who have worked in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. Since gaining ownership of the business, Todd and Tyler have been striving to further emulate the Bourbon experience through their property's atmosphere.

The River of Love Cabins is currently owned by John and Kelly Lidell. Joining the hospitality industry in 2005, the establishment's only unit at the time was the Red Bud Cabin. Spread out over sixty acres of land, the property has six cabins with plans to build more of them. Each home is different from the others and features a distinct style. Each cabin features at least one queen-sized bed and a fully furnished bathroom. Included with the homes is either a jacuzzi or a hot tub. Each cabin comes with a fridge, freezer, and stove oven, except for the Love Train Caboose which does not have the stove oven. Guests can add more to their stay with a purchase of a package at the time of booking. The property is located in Thackerville, Oklahoma, which is home to a variety of activities. 

The Old Irish Bed and Breakfast is located in north Texas and offers seven cabins that have been available to visitors since 2012. Every morning, breakfast is cooked and served to patrons by the owner, with meals consisting of various fruits and a few hot food options. The grounds of the property include water features, wildlife, and an abundance of trees. One of the most unique aspects of the establishment is the on-site alpacas and mini donkeys that are introduced to visitors upon arrival. Some of the nearby attractions that guests can visit are Six Flags, waterparks, college sports, hiking trails, and nature preserves. A fair amount of people tend to come to the area to fish or to be out on the lake.

The Pillow & Paddock Bed and Breakfast is located in La Grange, Kentucky, which is said to be "horse country" by Michelle, the current owner of the property. Near the premises, there are paddocks for horses, including thoroughbred breeds. The property covers an expanse of six acres and has features such as multiple sitting areas, two fire pits, and a creek running through it. The Room With a View, one of the six rooms available for reservation, has a view of the creek, hence the name, and is also the most popular unit on the property. A two-course breakfast is served to patrons every day at 9:00 AM; additionally, there is a guest pantry that has complimentary snacks and drinks for visitors. The business is open year-round, with the busiest season of operation being between April to October when multiple festivals occur. Local attractions include breweries, shops, and the Kentucky Derby.

The Casa de Suenos Bed and Breakfast is located in St. Augustine, Florida. The building can be found near the historic district of the city, and as such has an old-fashioned, Mediterranean-Revival theme to its exterior. It has seven rooms as well as a few common areas that guests can gather in. A complimentary breakfast is offered to occupants as well as a social hour in the evenings where food and drinks are served. The inn offers a variety of specials to its patrons, like free entry to different attractions around the area that are included with guests’ stay, such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse Museum. Mary, one of the managers, says that she hopes visitors who stay with them will feel at home and like they are valued during their stay.

Bostrom's Bed and Breakfast is located in Ucluelet, British Columbia. The establishment has been in operation since 2004, under the management of Judy Bostrom. There are three units on-site, including the Wild Room, the Trail Suite, and the Pacific Room. Ucluelet is a district municipality that means "people of the safe harbor" in the Nootka language. It sits at around 1,700 residents as of 2016.

The Heather House is located in Marine City, Michigan, located about an hour north of Detriot and 40-minutes south of Lake Huron. Lake Huron is one of the five Great Lakes of North America, and Detriot is the most populous city in the state of Michigan. Another body of water that is found within close approximation of The Heather House is the St. Claire River, which lines the United States and Canadian border, where previous guests have seen large freighters and other boats come and go. The building has roots in history that take it back to the early 1800s, and it is furnished to appeal to that sort of style.

Lake Huron Lodge is located in eastern Michigan, resting on 9,000 square feet of land. The lodge features seven units and an additional banquet room in a three-story building. Many guests use the banquet room to host bridal showers, company parties, or birthday celebrations. The building itself has an old-school style with modern touches. Lake Huron Lodge has close proximity to nearby attractions such as the Lexington Village Theatre, as well as local restaurants including Wind Jammer or the Cadillac. The lodge is owned by the Haelterman family who has owned it since 2014. Before owning Lake Huron Lodge, the family had lived in Lexington since 1969. Over the course of time, the Haelterman family has worked to update and make additions to the building since first purchasing it.

Located in downtown Ann Arbor the historical home of the Burnt Toast Inn was built in 1915. Various flower gardens fill the grounds surrounding the house. The three-story building has five guest accommodations with private bathrooms and varying maximum occupancies. The Master Suite and Attice Suite are the largest of the rooms offered for reservation at the Burnt Toast Inn. Guests have access to robes, slippers, yoga mats, and ironing supplies in each room. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning with fresh organic, locally sourced ingredients. The inn is within many walking distances of Ann Arbor's Old West Side and many local restaurants and entertainment venues.

En Passant B&B is located in a neighborhood area of Cornwall, Ontario—a province in Canada. The B&B's theme is modeled after the game of chess, something that guests may find unique. As such, its two guest accommodations are respectively known as the King room and the Queen Room. Visitors at the En Passant B&B may enjoy participating in one of the several festivities held in the area, such as the Cornwall Ribfest. Ontario—Canada's capital city—is also located in Ottawa, as well as Toronto—the most populated city in Canada.

The Mecklenburgh Inn, based in Chester, Nova Scotia, is a quaint four-bedroom inn located two blocks away from the ocean. The inn is known amongst its guests for its distinct breakfasts and its turn-of-the-century theme. There are four uniquely themed and named guest accommodations on the property. Chester is a small village built on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The town is famous for its drinking and sailing opportunities. It is often said by some people that Chester is a "drinking town with a sailing problem." Conveniently, the Mecklenburgh Inn is located within walking distance to the ocean, as well as several tourist attractions, local shops, and local restaurants.

The Red Mahone Bed and Breakfast is located in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, in Canada. It is near the city of Lunenburg and close to the surrounding ocean. The property was first made by a sea captain in 1876 and has served many purposes until landing in the hands of Barbara, the current owner of the bed and breakfast. The building contains two rooms that guests can rent out, the John Henry and the Maggie. Both of these rooms are named after boats that the original sea captain made with his father, who was also a sea captain. Those who stay that this establishment can find many things to do in the area or may choose to relax at the property, whether in the yard, around the fireplace, or on the front porch.

The Roses Heritage Inn is located in St. John's, Newfoundland. The property has existed since 1905, being built by a man named Dr. Murphy. There are two buildings that make up the entire inn, with 17 units available between the two. One building, the Rose, has 11 of these rooms, and the other, the Jelly Bean, has the remaining 6. Each room has some basic amenities, including free internet, TVs, and free movie channels. All of the rooms are unique from one another, though many of them are furnished similarly and adorned with old-fashioned art. The owners of the property hope that those who stay with them feel comfortable and happy. They enjoy getting to know their patrons, often talking with them and recommending places for them to visit or eat at.

Pointers Guest House, located in Wistow, UK, has three rooms available throughout the year for guests. Each of the three accommodations has different bed options and occupancies, with the largest unit being the Family Room. This suite has two rooms, one with a super king-sized bed and the other with a single bed and space available for a second single bed to be added if necessary. The other units feature either a king-sized bed or two single beds. The exterior of the guest house has a walking trail around the perimeter of the 15 acres of land. Also on the grounds is a private nature reserve that, according to David, one of the owners, has won a conservation award. The owners hope that those staying at the property are able to relax and "chill out" during their stay. They hope that the nature, as well as the location of the establishment, can help with that goal.

The Windermere Suites, located in Windermere, UK, has eight guest accommodations available throughout the year. The building which houses the suites is made of stone with a shingle rooftop. A car park in the front of the establishment features electrical vehicle charging ports that are supercharged and have 7kW, Type 2 charging cables. A five-minute walk from the property is the train station, and the local village is a two-minute walk. Each morning, breakfast is brought to the individual suites, with the hope of offering privacy and flexibility in wake-up times for patrons. Guests can choose from a menu of options each morning that features vegetarian options as well as eggs benedict, Cumbrian platter breakfast, or cold options like cereal. The rooms vary in their size, but all suites come with a large bathtub, televisions, and king or super king-sized beds with "contemporary decoration," according to the owner. 

The Coudon Lodge is located in Coventry, United Kingdom. The property features 10 guestrooms that are available year-round for patrons. Originally built as a private residence, the owners' parents purchased the property in 1983 and converted the residence into an assisted living facility. In 2010, they renovated the establishment into the lodge that it is today. Two of the ten rooms that are available have ensuite bathrooms, while the other eight accommodations have sinks in the rooms and share a bathroom with other guests on the same floor. The three-story home has rooms available on all three floors. There are also common areas such as a terrace, lounge, dining room, and kitchen that can be utilized by visitors throughout the day. Also on the grounds are stables with donkeys that patrons can interact with if they please. 

The Star Inn is located in the United Kingdom in the city of Baiton. Lynne Kardamis and Spiros Leivaditos, the property owners, lived in Greece and worked in the tourist industry before starting the bed and breakfast. Currently, there is a pub and a bed and breakfast on the property, and the establishment has five rooms available to be reserved. Each room is furnished with a bed and a shower room, with one room having amenities for those with mobility needs. Breakfast is not included in the base price; visitors need to check in for that separately. If a guest would like, they may visit and participate in the different activities in the area around the Inn. The Inn is open year-round, and Lynne notes that the busiest time for the property is during the summer.
