The K3 Guest Ranch has seven accommodations available to guests. The Bunk House sleeps up to six people and has two levels. The Bunk House has heat, air conditioning, a porch, a private bath, sink, microwave, refrigerator, and TV. The Chuck Wagon Room is unique because of the queen-sized bed in the form of a wagon. It also has a queen bed and trundle beds, accommodating up to six guests. The Chuck Wagon Room has a vintage gas fireplace and a mirrored mantelpiece. Views from the room include the gardens, mountains, and the valley. The Hideout is a house located on the property with a king-size, full, and twin bed, allowing up to five guests to stay in the house. There is a kitchenette in the house, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and WIFI. Guests have a view of the hayfield and the mountains when staying at The Hideout house.

The Rocky Mountain Room sleeps up to six guests, with a vintage hay wagon that has been turned into a queen-sized bed, two twin beds, and a futon. The Rocky Mountain Room has a private bathroom with a shower and tub. The Sheepherder's Wagon & Family Tent is made for guests that are looking for an adventure. The Sheepherder's Wagon is an original wagon from 1897. The wagon has been refurbished and has hot and cold running water, heating and air conditioning, and a full-sized bed. There is a private bathhouse for guests staying in the Sheepherder's Wagon & Family Tent. The Family Tent is located by the Sheepherders Wagon and sleeps four guests with two sets of bunk beds.

The Teton Room accommodates two guests with a hand-crafted log queen-sized bed. The Teton Room has a private bath and a balcony with a view of the countryside. The New Sheepherder's Wagon is an additional wagon on the property with a queen-sized bed. The Wagon has air conditioning, heat, electric lighting, and a modern bathroom next to the wagon.

K3 Guest Ranch has various amenities, including movies, a library, board games, ironing boards, computers, and fax machines. The property sells cups and mugs with their logo, as well as fresh honey when they have a successful harvest.
