The Kenai River Suites supplies ten rooms for its guests, varying from several different types of two-bedroom suites. A honeymoon suite located on the property includes a queen bed as well as a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. A full kitchen comes included with not only the honeymoon suite but the other various nine suites that the Kenai River Suites has to offer. The full kitchens include a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. Besides the honeymoon suite, the other nine serve as a two-bedroom suite, including a queen bed in the first room and a bunk bed in the second room. The city of Soldotna is located in the Southcentral portion of Alaska, near the Kenai Peninsula's central-western part. Seven miles of the Kenai River are covered within the city limits of Soldotna. Kenai River Suites strives to accommodate its guests, as described by general manager Oakley Lowe. All fishing charters and tours can be booked by the Kenai River Suites owners or managers, allowing the guests to have their travel times planned for them. Kenai River Suites also strives to have its guests "relax in a cozy living area after a long day of fishing," which they try for by "providing top-end bedding and couches for our guests to relax on."

Guests who have stayed at the property mention in their reviews Oakley Lowe, the general manager, by stating, "the lady who runs it was super nice and easy to deal with." Access to the river is also mentioned in the reviews, noting that the suites give guests "easy access, right near the river."
