The inn offers four guest rooms, which differ in terms of occupancy. The Rosemound Suite features a king bed and a trundle bed in front of a fireplace and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for two and a separate shower. Lake Rosemound Inn Bed & Breakfast is open year-round and experiences peak occupancy during the summer when families are drawn to the lake and surrounding attractions. The inn welcomes a diverse range of guests, including families, groups, and couples, according to the owner.
One guest appreciated the amenities that the inn has to offer and mentioned in a review, "We had the option to be off the grid and play board games, ping pong, billiards, etc., in addition to utilizing the common kitchen and eating a lot of ice cream. Jon was very cordial towards his visitors and made a very good breakfast for us."
The Lake Rosemound Inn Bed & Breakfast was initially built in 1963 as a clubhouse for the community. In 1992, the current owner, Jon Peters, purchased the property from the original builder and transformed it into a bed and breakfast. Jon mentions that the reason that he bought the property was because his mother wanted something to do in her retirement. Over the course of a year, renovations were undertaken to convert the clubhouse into a bed and breakfast. One wing of the building was converted into four guest rooms.
