The Moab Redcliff Condos are located on a multiple-building condominium property five miles from the heart of Moab, Utah. Each of the seventeen condos looks out over the Red Cliffs and the La Sal Mountains. Every unit is laid out the same, but the décor varies from condo to condo. Some have a modern farmhouse style, while others are more rustic. Photographs and paintings of Moab, the nearby national parks, rivers, and art acquired from local artists adorn the walls at each of the Moab Redcliff Condos.

Twelve of the condos are located in building number four. These condos can all sleep up to ten people and have three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a fully stocked kitchen in each unit, along with a dining area and living room. The five rooms in building number two can sleep up to eight individuals. Similar to the condos in building number four, these condos have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. All of the condos at Moab Redcliff Condos have a private patio and two large closets where guests can keep their equipment such as bikes and climbing gear.

The units on the upper floors of the buildings are popular because of their views of the mountain ranges nearby, and the lower-level rooms are handicap accessible. History

The Moab Redcliff Condos are owned and managed by Josh Rigby. Josh has been managing properties and working in the real estate and hospitality industry his entire career. He has managed a long-term rental property in Wyoming since 2011. A colleague of his who owned the Wyoming property had the idea of opening the Moab Redcliff Condos and asked Josh if he would be interested in running the property. In 2018 the condos were built, and Josh started his journey in working with vacation rentals. There were only seven condos, to begin with, and an additional five condos were purchased in 2019.

The owners of Moab Redcliff Condos intend to purchase more condos that they can put up for availability, along with barbecue pits and outdoor fireplaces that guests can gather around during the colder season in Moab. Josh and his team enjoy the environment of the vacation rentals as they are family-friendly and in a location where visitors can spend a majority of their time in the great outdoors with little drive time. Josh specializes in the business side of the property and is always looking for marketing opportunities and ways to improve the rentals.
