All of the rooms have a private bathroom, as well as a fair amount of storage and closet space. Free Wi-Fi and cable television are available in each unit as well. Each of the rooms has its own lounger and bedside tables. Robes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, bath salts, and a hairdryer are also included. The Cranberry Room is a favorite of most of the guests who pass through the property. It is 362 square feet in size and has a large private patio that overlooks the cranberry bogs.

Each apartment at the bed and breakfast is available for longer-term use. Many companies send corporate workers, government agents, educational instructors, or other private faculty to stay at the On Cranberry Pond Bed and Breakfast.

The property gets its name from being surrounded by cranberry bogs, but it also has a garden and many walking trails. Guests can purchase cranberry-themed memorabilia from the bed and breakfast's store. There is an abundance of species of wildlife in the area as well. Guests might catch a glimpse of one of these animals as they spend time on the expansive deck that looks out over the bog. Additionally, on the property's grounds, there is a large fire pit for guests to use.

A complimentary gourmet breakfast is served to guests daily. Breakfast can be eaten in the main dining area or taken to go. The owner, Jeannine, makes every meal from scratch. She is working on creating a cookbook and was featured in a Martha Stewart magazine. Jeannine makes sure to include cranberries in at least one part of every breakfast she makes. Coffee and tea are served all day, but the meals vary every morning. Some days she serves homemade muffins, different types of quiche, French toast, and pancakes. Fruit is included with every meal.

Guests who visit the On Cranberry Pond Bed and Breakfast are encouraged to take a tour of the bog and learn how the cranberry industry operates. They make everything from scratch at the remote location. The property itself is five hundred feet off the road and surrounded by trees, providing a secluded area guests can enjoy. Visitors can come to Jeannine with any dietary preferences. On Cranberry Pond Bed and Breakfast is located just forty-five miles from Cape Cod, Boston, and Rhode Island.

Culture

The owners want every guest to explore the grounds and get to know the cranberry industry. The property is relatively large, and because it is set so far back from the road, guests can enjoy the solidarity it allows.

According to the owner, the family-friendly location caters specifically to groups and couples. The apartments are large enough for families to enjoy, and the single rooms can act as a more romantic space for couples.

Guests often leave positive reviews regarding the clean rooms, unique location, variety of wildlife, and the quality of the breakfasts. The property has over one hundred and thirty five-star reviews on Trip Advisor. One guest, in particular, left this review, "On Cranberry Pond is a beautiful bed and breakfast located in Middleboro, Massachusetts. They cater to both the sightseeing vacationer and corporate traveler. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the inn was in a quiet, beautiful setting. I called ahead to let them know my wife couldn't eat any processed sugar or flour, and she graciously prepared the most delicious breakfast I've had in years. Thank You!"

The bed and breakfast is located between several large cities and towns. The town of Middleboro is named as such because of its location in the "middle" of everything. A short drive to historic Plymouth, Cape Cod, Boston, and Providence is just one of its many qualities. Plymouth Rock is just twenty minutes drive from the bog, and guests frequently visit many of the other historic locations in the area.
