Located in Rockville Utah, the Two Cranes Inn is 1067 meters as the crow flies from Zion National Park. The inn has four rooms available to guests in the house. Each room has a private bathroom attached, and the owners strive to create an eco-friendly place for patrons to stay at. The house has solar panels on the roof that account for the majority of power the building uses throughout the year. The soaps and shampoos available in the bathroom of each room are in reusable dispensers, to try and alleviate extra waste. The inn recently switched to LED lightbulbs as well. The soaps found at the property are eco-friendly, and there are reminders to conserve water as much as possible. The four rooms each have their own decoration style, based on animals native to the southern Utah region of the inn. The rooms names are the Kolob Elk room, Red Fox room, Dragonfly room, and the Desert Tortoise room. Some of the artwork in the rooms and throughout the house are from local artists.
Inside the inn, there are common areas available to all guests on the first floor. There is a lounge area at the front of the building, as well as a communal kitchen. In the kitchen, there are pots, pans, plates, silverware, and other items used for cooking that patrons can use. Each room has a designated area of the kitchen that guests can use to store their personal food items, as well as designated areas of the refrigerator as well. Visitors can use the time in the communal kitchen to socialize and get to know other guests. The kitchen is open for any patron to use when they would like to, and the owners hope that it helps guests feel comfortable and at home. There is no food prepared by staff to be served on the property, so space is provided for patron to bring their own food and prepare it. There is a grill located outside on the property that guests can use to prepare food as well.
On the exterior of the property, there are multiple areas that guests can visit to relax or get to know others who are staying at the inn. The building has a wrap-around porch with seating available for patrons to use, and on the porch, there is a water garden with plants growing that guests can enjoy. On the property, there is also a fire pit available for use, and a labyrinth that those on the property can walk through. The owners hope to provide guests with a relaxing and peaceful experience while on the grounds of the property and added the labyrinth to try and facilitate that. Labyrinths traditionally have been used to facilitate walking meditation, and the owners of the inn call it a "spiritual tool" for their visitors.
The Two Cranes Inn has a high-speed internet connection, as well as a printer if guests need it. Each room has a hairdryer, and upon request, there are irons and ironing boards that can be used.
The owners of the Two Cranes Inn strive to keep the property functioning as a place where patrons can come to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. They try to keep the atmosphere peaceful and private so they can provide opportunities for guests to have a "sanctuary" that they can come to during their time visiting the national parks in the area. In order to try and maintain this atmosphere, the owners Lisa and Lizette have added places around the property for visitors to unwind. There is a Lizard Zen Garden outside that people can enjoy, as well as an outdoor labyrinth that guests can use. The patrons of the property vary in age and lifestyle; some of them are college students who come on break to enjoy the parks, and others are retirement age visitors. The staff of Two Cranes Inn want the establishment to be relaxing and peaceful. In an attempt to do that there are quiet hours on the property from 10 PM to 8 AM every day.

There are areas across the property that those who stay at the inn can use to socialize, both inside and out. The firepit can be used by individual parties or as larger groups, and the kitchen area, as well as the living room, can be places for patrons to get to know each other.

The Two Cranes Inn is open year-round for visitors. The owners say the busiest times of year are spring and fall. The building that today is the Two Cranes Inn was originally built in 1983. During the time period from 1983 to 1996, it was a home to different families living in the area. In 1996, the home was renovated into a Bed and Breakfast by adding private bathrooms to each suite as well as other upgrades. When the current owners, Lisa Benham and Lizette Byer, bought the property they made the inn what it is today. They added the labyrinth and the zen garden, as well as painted and upgraded all the furniture. Lisa and Lizette bought the Two Cranes Inn in 2016, and have operated it ever since.
